LiDL submit planning application in Mottingham Village
LiDL have now submitted formal plans to demolish the Porcupine Public House and build a supermarket right in the heart of Mottingham Village. The case will go before Bromley Council’s Planning Committee very shortly.
If you have any comments about LiDL’s application, I would urge you to submit these in writing to the case officer as soon as possible. The deadline for submissions is the 24th January.

I will be joining the Mottingham Residents’ Association in objecting formally to this application. I do not want to see the loss of a long-standing community asset, and I do not believe this is an appropriate site for a supermarket. My own submission to the council will be published on this website shortly.
